Principals
The Principals of Interstate Engineering are Randall Pope, Chairman of the Board, Brian Milne, President, Damon DeVillers, Vice President and Daren Peterka, Secretary / Treasurer. All hold Professional Engineer Registrations in two or more states.
Randall’s 30+ years of technical experience has put him at the forefront of Interstates’ civil design projects and also given him an extensive background in administration and supervision of a wide variety of civil engineering projects.
Brian’s 28+ years of serving clients has provided him with the insight to successfully resolve a variety of project design, funding and operational challenges. Brian specializes in municipal engineering including water distribution, treatment and storage.
Damon has extensive experience working with federal, state and local government agencies and has been the design and project engineer on a variety of projects including hydraulics, bridges and transportation and water resources development.
Daren has experience with the design and construction of a variety of civil engineering projects including sewer and water, transportation, municipal and project management. Daren also has extensive experience working with tribal governments.
