Interstate Engineering is pleased to welcome Andrew Marum to the Billings Office team. Hired as a Project Engineer, Andrew holds a Professional Engineer Licence in Montana. As a graduate of Montana State University, Andrew is relocating from Miles City to Billings and bringing experience with FEMA and emergency management.

What impact do you hope to make at Interstate Engineering?
Strengthening relationships with our clients and expanding the role engineers have with local agencies.
Why did you choose the field you have chosen?
My interest and aptitude towards problem solving. I like to find new ways of providing solutions and improving the old ways.
What professional accomplishment or achievement are you most proud of?
Working for FEMA to help people recover from Hurricane Irma.
Tell us a bit about your family.
I have three children who are talented and courageous. My two oldest are attending Montana State University in Bozeman. My youngest is living with his mother in Washington state. I am most proud of their kindness and compassion towards people in need.
When you aren’t working, where can you be found?
I enjoy most outdoor activities, including camping and fishing. I like to attend baseball and football games and I live to ride my motorcycle.

Seeing my children make good decisions.
