I-29 Concrete Pavement Repair

In the spring of 2011, Interstate Engineering was hired by the North Dakota Department of Transportation to provide Construction Engineering Services for a Concrete Pavement Repair project on I-29. The project was 22.5 miles in length from the South Dakota border to the junction with State Highway 13 west of Wahpeton, North Dakota and included both northbound and southbound lanes for a total project length of 45 miles.

The project consisted of concrete full depth repairs, spall repairs (partial depth), grinding of the passing lane, sealing, and pavement markings.
