Robert Klein holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Support and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Klein and his wife live in Jamestown with their three children.

The Interstate Engineering Board of Directors announced the promotion of Tara McGregor to the position of Director of Human Resources. This is a newly established position within the organization.
