Stutsman County announces road closure on ND 40 Stutsman County is informing motorists that a portion of County Road 40 will be closed for road improvements. The closure will begin Wednesday, Sept. 28 or Thursday, Sept. 29, depending on weather. County Road 40 will be closed from Highway 62 east of Spiritwood to the Stutsman County line.
