Melissa Korby has joined the Wahpeton, North Dakota office of Interstate Engineering as a Project Technician. Melissa’s experience includes construction inspection, surveying, and drafting. Melissa worked for the Minnesota Department of Transportation for 12 years as well as Korby Construction Contracting, Inc. A native of Fergus Falls, Minnesota, Melissa holds an associate’s degree in Civil Engineering/Surveying Tech from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton.
Bradley Boehm, Senior CAD Technician, joined Interstate Engineering’s Billings, Montana office in January. Bradley has an associate’s degree in Civil Engineering / Highway Technology from Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Interstate Engineering, Bradley worked for Heberly and Associates in Havre, Montana and has nine years of engineering and drafting experience.

Ritchey, a native of Ontario, Ohio, worked for STRATA as a Field Technician before joining Interstate Engineering as a Staff Engineer. Interstate Engineering welcomes Chad Smith to the Sidney office. Chad is a Computer Specialist who holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Montana. Chad majored in Management Information Systems and worked in IT support for USDA Forest Service Missoula Technology and Development Center before joining Interstate Engineering in January.
Jim Hutchinson recently earned his Professional Land Surveyor license in the State of Washington. Hutchinson is a Survey Party Chief in Interstate Engineering’s Sidney office and has more than 25 years of experience in Land Surveying and field supervision.
