Michael Ferrie, EIT, joined the Wahpeton office of Interstate Engineering as Staff Engineer. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University in May. Originally from Moorhead, Minnesota, Michael worked as a Stormwater Inspector for the City of Moorhead before joining Interstate Engineering.
William Giuliani joined the Mandan office of Interstate Engineering as Senior Project Engineer. William earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water Resources and Environment Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. William has over 17 years of experience in civil engineering and most recently was the City Engineer for the City of Ashland, Wisconsin.

John Bach recently earned his Professional Engineer License in the State of Montana. Bach serves Interstate Engineering’s infrastructure market in the company’s Billings, Montana office. Bach has been with Interstate Engineering since 2008 and has been involved in a variety of projects, including inspection and design services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects. Bach also holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of the American Public Works Association (APWA).
